Top issues during term (6)(General)
Municipal Leadership and Administration Appointments
None.
AI-Powered Code Enforcement Pilot (Community Asset Tracker)
Grant funding is currently covering the pilot, though long-term operational costs per vehicle sensor are still being evaluated.
law enforcement crackdown
You might see extra tax dollars funding this overtime enforcement, but it could save money on accident damages down the road.
county leadership appointment
Since this is a standard executive appointment, your day-to-day taxes shouldn't see any weird spikes just yet.
city clerk appointment
Right now, it's just costing time and causing headaches, but ongoing administrative gridlock could eventually waste taxpayer dollars on sorting out the mess.
court facilities agreement
While the exact price tag is still shaking out, this deal brings some much-needed budget clarity after years of uncertainty.
